What are the dates of the Holy Snap rewards program?
Holy Snap runs from July 12, 2017 – July 31, 2018.
Did you say rewards? What kind of rewards can we earn?
This isn’t your usual swag bag. We’re giving out rewards like an Apple iPad Pro or a Vegas 3–night trip for 2, all the way up to a chartered yacht vacation or a 2–year car lease. See the feature rewards page for more details.
When do I receive my rewards?
Reward redemption begins September 17, 2018 and ends October 31, 2018.
All rewards will be fulfilled within 6 to 8 weeks after the completion of the online redemption process and receipt of all required documentation.
How do I earn points for my company?
By buying our products! Your company will earn one point for every dollar spent in your eligible SnapAV categories. Keep checking here for more ways to earn points throughout the program.
Why can’t I earn points on all SnapAV products?
We want you to try a variety of new products and different product categories. Our customized profiles help you determine which categories will net you the most points so you stay competitive throughout the program’s run.
Why can’t I earn Holy Snap points on my past SnapAV purchases?
You begin earning Holy Snap points the day you register. In the long run, we want to make sure everyone’s getting all that this program has to offer. So you start earning Holy Snap points the day you sign up. That’s why you should register early and reap the benefits!
Who can participate in Holy Snap?
Active SnapAV dealers who are enrolled in our Partner Rewards program and have registered for a Holy Snap account are eligible to participate.

Why am I getting an "incorrect email" error message when registering at Holy Snap?
You may have registered multiple emails with SnapAV over time. If you've added users, or changed emails, we may be referencing an outdated email address that's in your account information. Please call our CSS Team at 866.424.4489 to update your primary email address.
I had points deducted from my overall total. What happened?
If you recently returned an item, any rewards points earned from that order got subtracted from your total once we processed that return. Your current points tally should be reflected accurately on your account page and in your next Holy Snap update email, once that return is processed.
If I update my business email during the Holy Snap program, when will I start receiving emails at that new address and when can I log into again?
It may take up to 4 business days to update an email address. Since your email is also your user name, it may even take up to 4 business days to be able to check your points using the new email address.
