Redemption Frequently Asked Questions

When are the dates of Holy Snap Redemption?
Reward redemption begins February 17, 2020 and ends April 3, 2020.
When do I receive my rewards?
All rewards will be fulfilled within 6-8 weeks after the completion of the online redemption process and upon receipt of all required documentation.
What happens if I return products purchased for Holy Snap during the “holding” phase?
If the product earned points for Holy Snap, those points will be deducted from your account.
What if I have to return a product I bought during Holy Snap – but after I’ve redeemed points for a reward? Doesn’t SnapAV have a 90-day return policy?
After redemption, Holy Snap and SnapAV reserve the right to refuse any returned products that earned points during the campaign. See the official Terms and Conditions page for details!
How many rewards can I redeem?
Dealers can redeem for as many rewards as their points balance allows. For example, if you have earned 50K points during Holy Snap, you can redeem it for (1) 50K reward, or (5) 10K rewards, or (1) 20K + (1) 30K reward.
I redeemed a reward and my remaining points disappeared. What happened?
Any points lower than our lowest reward threshold cannot be saved or carried over. For example, if you have 21,000 points and you redeem a 20,000 reward, the remaining 1,000 points are forfeited.
How do I redeem a trip or a vehicle? What’s the fine print?
For any Holy Snap trips, a travel agent will reach out to you to arrange details, book the flights/hotel, etc. For vehicle redemptions, Marden Kane (the company fulfilling redemptions) will send a check at pre-determined price for the vehicle chosen.
What are the tax implications of my rewards?
All dealers who receive a reward valued at $600 or more will be issued a W-9 tax form. This does not apply to the product credit reward.
Why does a W-9 need to be completed?
Due to the value of the reward and to meet the legal requirements of the IRS, we must collect W-9's from all dealers as you are responsible for taxes on the reward.
Is this W-9 supposed to be completed in my company name or my personal name?
If the award is being awarded to a Corporation, please provide only the Employer Identification Number also known as the Federal ID number. If the award is being awarded to a sole proprietorship or individual, please provide only the Social Security Number. Please note that the address provided on the W-9 MUST match the address of the EIN or Social Security Number. For all other questions, please refer to the General Instructions section of the W-9.
When will I receive my product credit?
Product credits will be posted to dealer’s account within 6-8 weeks after the completion of the online redemption process.
I want to redeem my points for SnapAV product credit. Which brands can I shop for?
You can redeem your points for everything on our website, except for the following brands: Altronix, Arlington, Atlona, August, BenQ, Clare, ClearOne, Cool Components, DoorBird, FSR, KEF, Klipsch, Logitech, LSDI, Lutron, MetaGeek, Nest, Pioneer, Planet Waves, Platinum Tools, Sonos, SunBrite, SureCall, and Wirepath Bulk Wire. This product credit can only be used on future purchases and may not be used to satisfy an outstanding account balance.
How long do I have to use my product credit?
Product credits expire April 30, 2021.
What were the dates of the Holy Snap rewards program?
Holy Snap ran from March 4, 2019 – December 20, 2019.
Who could participate in Holy Snap?
Active SnapAV dealers who are enrolled in our Partner Rewards program and have registered for a Holy Snap account were eligible to participate.
Where can I find my Account #?
If you cannot find your Account Number, check your SnapAV invoice for your account information, or call our CSS Team at 866.424.4489 or email us at You must be a confirmed SnapAV dealer to have an Account Number.
I had points deducted from my overall total. What happened?
If you recently returned an item, any rewards points earned from that order was subtracted from your total once we processed that return. Your current points total should be reflected accurately on your account page and in your next Holy Snap update email, once that return is processed.
